My passion is to lead the development of Human Resources and Talents, to initiate, to facilitate and to promote approaches and policies designed to develop people and talents, partnering with senior leadership and aligning with corporate strategies and with key stakeholders, coaching and driving change, by fostering employee motivation, engagement and commitment.

My career has been led by a strong drive for the Life Sciences industry, with 20+ years across 5 different and very complementary working environments:
-
started my career with a Headhunter, as a Research Assistant,
-
joined Astra (now AstraZeneca), in charge of Talent Acquisition and Career Management for our French affiliate in Paris,
-
left AstraZeneca and Paris, for Roche Consumer Health and “my mountains” in Annecy, French Alps, in charge of Learning&Development, with a first part time opportunity as an HR Advisor,
-
moved from Roche Consumer Health and from a very French context to Novartis Consumer Health, as HR Business Partner in Switzerland, covering Global R/D and Global Marketing,
-
then joined Shire and embraced the world of Rare Diseases as the key HR support for Research&Development outside the US,
-
more recently with Edwards Lifesciences, created the full-time role as HR Business Partner in&for EMEA, then led strategic people agendas for several BUs, up to pure BU creation.
